Soft Pillowy Idli!! Idli is one of our most favorite and everyone’s favorite dish. This is a popularity from South India. Making the idli batter at home is a joy for me. When I was in India, we used to get the readymade batter for idli dosa. When I moved here, I tried to make it at home and every-time the way it turned out , it gives me joy.
