Weekend Perfect Brunch South Indian!! One batter and three different recipes. I love South Indian food and it’s a win win game when you can make multiple items from one batter. Try out thes batter recipe for soft pillowy idli, Veggie uttapam and dosa with different types of chutneys. . . ✅Batter recipe ▪️3 cups idli rice - @swadfoodproducts ▪️1 cup or 11/2 cup of urad dal ▪️1/4 cup of chana dal ▪️2 tsp of fenugreek seeds ▪️salt ▪️water . . No eno no baking soda and you will get perfect fermented batter with this recipe. Sometimes I place my batter under the oven light or @instantpotofficial on yogurt setting.
